Purchased content is licensed to you, not sold, and may be restored on compatible devices using the same Apple account.

The App provides travel-related information for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of any information.

You are responsible for verifying details such as hours, pricing, safety, accessibility, and suitability before visiting any destination.

4. Location and Navigation Features

The App may offer navigation-related functionality that retrieves location information from your device, with your permission, to assist with directions. We do not store or retain location data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, images, databases, trademarks, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Big City Travel Guide, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big City Travel Guide, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
